I asked penguin if my order shipped becuase I got an email notification informing me it did, but the tracking number didn't work and penguin told me they would ship when they get the product in stock. Im not sure if only pre orders shipped but I am way too impatient with this release and would love to get it asap.

Ordered on Magicbox....Seems I have to wait a little longer.
No shipping confirmation until now. |

Teddy, I'd give the tracking number a day before it shows any kind of indication that your package was shipped. USPS usually takes less than a day to actually show where it is in the shipping process.
Source: personal experience from someone who is also impatient |

Hey thanks Magidoc I figured that may be the case, hopefully when I look tomorrow it says it's delivered!

All MindFX orders were shipped today. A couple of finishing touches are being put into my bonus pdf and then this will be emailed out to all who ordered from me.
If the response to my bonus is good then I may open it up for other owners of Proteus for a marginal price. Best Wishes Michael

Penguin shows only Pre-orders available. Did they already sell all of their first batch? Or first batch hasn't actually arrived?

With the exception of a few isolated products or estate items, HP's website is incapable of listing an item as in stock in real time. So unless you contacted them and asked if the item is in stock, there is no way for them to show it in stock on their website. I've never known them to list any product as out of stock or unavailable, so just because it's listed for sale on their website does not guarantee it is in stock. That, and the fact that they don't offer free shipping on anything keeps me from ordering more from them. |

A bit of patience might not go amiss here. Several dealers only received the books yesterday, so are shipping the bulk today. Delivery expected tomorrow onwards.
It's not ideal, and a tad frustrating for those of us who ordered well in advance but had to pay next day delivery (a well known U.K. magic supplier). But it's only a few days, for what in the end will be another *** good effect that is a game changer for some and a disappointment for others. I've rarely seen such hype for a product (bordering occasionally on hysteria) so please, can we excercise a little restraint. In the old days it was mail a cheque, wait for bank clearance then the book was posted standard mail. Sometimes it was a 2 week process. It would have killed some newbies on here! |

Hope this one lives up to the hype. I don't buy much, but this is really tempting !

When I said Hocus-Pocus has them in stock I should have clarified that I did receive an email from them stating they were in stock. Any new items on their site usually say pre-order and this one did not.

Hi everyone. Allow me to say something, as disappointing you is the last thing I want. IF you liked the trailer ,and Madison's and Alejandro's brilliant performances, then I guarantee you you will understand the hype and will love this. I believe it is one of the rare cases where what you see is what you get. Nothing has been held back. I went further providing another 5 languages plus the EXTENDED method I personally use. I think, hope, you will NOT be disappointed.
Thank you everyone for your trust. Phedon

I remember when Train Tracking came out, some were disappointed when they learned that a) they would actually have to work at their craft and b) it was in fact just a trick and there was a process! I know that Proteus and TT are different, I'm just using it as an example of propless. I've even seen some on Facebook today talking about Proteus saying that they are not really a performer, they don't have much experience and they haven't bought it, but they don't think it's very good! What the.....!!! However, rest assured that for every moaner, there will be a group who can and will be using it because a) they had enough experience to know the method so won't be disappointed b) do actually perform so have learned how to make an effect their own and c) enjoyed the hype but have been around enough to have seen many many "best thing in the world ever". I'm looking forward to it. Best wishes Rolyan |
