It would since it makes the people willing to be taught or led or supervised or directed or in a word docile.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

As a for instance, for the author, words like "consistent with" and "correlated" don't prove cause and effect in the way that is being suggested. As for the study, decriminalization went into effect over the course of a year following the initiative's certification in December 2012 , so it's EXTREMELY supicious to me that a major decrease from 2011-2014 is being used to support the hypothesis. It sounds Le the opposite to me, actually, and they're trying to capitalize on a pre-decriminalization decrease in 2011 and 2012, but that's just speculation. What isn't speculation is that decreases in those years can't be attributed to decriminalizarion, so why are they referenced?

Good catch on the dates. But it looks like those dates refer to the Washington data. I can't access the original paper, so I don't know if that applies to the Mexican border data as well.
It appears to me though I can't be sure, that while the article refers to Washington, the paper itself it seems concerns itself about the Mexican border. It seems more likely that a journalist would be more likely to make such an egregious mistake than an academic.

The main problem I see is that we the people no longer have the ability to tell the difference between nonsense and sense. That is probably the result of the combination of mass propaganda and drugs the authorities have drenched we the people's mind with. There are no cases on record of we the people wanting to marry computers before the1960s and the CIA MK-ULTRA operation. That is no coincidence.

Data collection and interpretation are political. Corner houses...
Prohibition is profitable. We already have laws treating poisoning and negligence as actionable.

As the Judge said to the Vipe “It does not matter what I said - it matters only what I meant. I am not asking you what I said, my learned friend, but telling you what I meant, so now sit down and be quiet and listen.”

In a paper published by The Economic Journal last month, a study by the Norwegian School of Economics in partnership with the Pennsylvania State University Department of Sociology and Criminology, found that marijuana legalization has led to a decrease in violent crime in U.S. states that border Mexico. and started to wonder if I was reading humor. https://ivn.us/2013/12/13/independent-voter-network-ivn/ Buddhists at the keyboard?

If you have not already, then when are you are teachers going to start supplying marijuana to the children to reduce violence in the blackboard jungle?

Anyone that has hung-out with both an alcoholic and a stoner does not need a study to know that marijuana reduces violence.

I agree that federal law enforcement dollars shouldn't be spent on trying to prevent people from sleeping.
