Where is some info about how real life pick pockets operate ? I mean, criminal types. You know,,,working a carnival crowd,,,any crowd stealing wallets, taking he cash, ditching the wallet etc. I understand these types were prevalent in the 1920s-1940s.

You aren't even a first o' May yet. Those of us who are with it, don't tip the real work to marks. cbguy and I tried to duke you in, but, you told us to shove it. Even if I showed ya how to pratt the mark in, or weed the leather, you wouldn't understand. We have a saying at The Showmen's League: "Ya cannot smarten up a chump".
