I threw the box away without realizing that it contained a link and credentials to access the teaching material. I contacted Mark Traversoni to see if he would send me the information even offering to provide proof that I owned the product. It was like pulling teeth as this f'n guy is behaving like I am after secrets detrimental to national security or something.

Did you buy it from Saturn? If not then it's not Mark's problem I'm afraid. If you did, then it's bad customer service. Which is it?

Doesn't matter which retailer I purchased it from. Some people just need to grow up.

What gives you the right to just pick a dealer out of the hat and ask him for a pass word for a product that he hasn’t supplied and has no proof that you have got it. Even if you could prove you own it, you must have got it from someone who will have the correct info even if you bought it second hand. |

The URL and login credentials blended right in with the packaging graphic artwork and was accidentally discarded. I asked Saturn magic because I wrongly assumed they were the creator. I contacted Matthew Wright directly through colleagues/friends and received the information I needed. Saturn magic; however, has convinced me never do business with them.

I'm sure Mark will be devastated to lose your custom (that he never had in the first place)

One should know that Rmendez is a long standing Café member (for over a decade and a half) with very good reputation & standing. Thus keeping this in mind there shouldn't have been a problem helping him out at the very first instance he requested for help. I do agree that it would have been much better, easy and in order for Rmendez to have contacted the dealer he purchased the item from. However it is not the question from whom Rmendez purchased the item. It is one of the dealers he contacted and was willing to give proof of his purchase; thus the dealer should have respected his request and helped out (that's what I feel). But as I assume the dealer might have thought - "why come to me for help when you haven't purchased the item from me". Mark Traversoni of Saturn Magic, as I know him, is a very good dealer and more than that a great thinker and creator of good magic. And above all Mark is a true and humble gentleman. I have nothing against Mark, but at the same time I think and wonder - What has happened to our motto - "Magician Helping Magician"?
Just the way I think. Thank you.

On two occasions Mark has helped me with a product I bought from Saturn.
Prompt communication even over the weekend and he even sent me extra materials when I broke a gimmick prior to reading the instructions. Saturn is an excellent shop. In fact in the world of magic I think we are spoilt by the after service we receive and no seem to expect. Yes, Mark could have provided the link but I think he did exactly what I would have done. |

. Thank you Ustaad. I greatly appreciate you as you truly understand the meaning of magicians helping magicians. Apparently, there are some of the belief that magicians helping magicians only applies if you are buying something from them. It is true that it was my error assuming Saturn Magic was the creator of the product but Mark actually took the time to answer two of my private messages wasting both his time and mine. The instructional video is hosted at Murphy’s and is public domain to anyone who has purchased the product. If anyone ever loses a product link, feel free to contact me as I am a professional magician that believes in helping magicians.

I would have sent you it with pleasure. You could have watched the video while waiting for your locks to arrive.

I recently received my RSVP box. Really great product - easy to use and the look suits my performance style nicely (though a wooden version one day might be nice, too!). Great product.

Should have gone to Tescos ( although Richard might try to return some stuff he bought from Waitrose and get upset they won't help him.)
