I already bought Injection2 from penguin magic and paid US75dollars,but when I download the APP from google play, and type in the password I got from penguin magic,
the Injection2 App said I need to pay extra US31 dollars for upgrade version. I don't understand,I think I already paid US75dollars for the App via penguin magic, why charge extra US31 dollars money? I emailed Rostami but did not receive his reply,so I can only post here for help. Click here to view attached image. |

I find this all very confusing buying apps from magic dealers ?? Why ???
Especially when you’ve bought it then asking for additional money! |

What I get from Penguin Magic is a peice of paper with instruction.
Basically the instruction teach you how to download the App and how to activate the App,you will need a password for activation which is also included in the instruction. However, after I downloaded the App and typed in the password, the above Message jump out and told me to pay extra US31dollars to activate the App,which I did not pay. So basically,I paid US75dollars and I can't use the App... If I don't get respond for few days,I will ask penguin magic for refund. |

I like your work Greg, but I have lost faith in your apps, as my favorite iPredit doesn't work anymore on my android. I know you said the update changed something, but can't you fix that? I'm not will to pay the $99 for the pro, with that thought that I might be without a effect. Not sure, if I will buy the inject, because your previous apps have been ignored. It's not fair for magicians spending the hard-working cash on something and then it doesn't work. Just my two cents. But, I'm a working magician with a lot of friends and they have the same issue. No purchase from me, if the previous ones aren't looked at and updated to 'working status'.

Greg,
Worked with the app over the weekend at a desk with 2 phones and went thru 1/2 a bottle of eye drops. Finally got all work and a rudimentary understanding of how everything works. NOW, I would like to make some additional effects, lists etc. Can you let me know where I can look up a description of how to go about this? Would also like to better understand formatting aliases. Powerful program, but I'm far from a programmer. Appreciate any assistance. |

On Dec 10, 2017, sychou wrote: Hi sychou, The additional in app purchase is for $0.99 and it is only for Android devices. If you look at the back of your product, in the lower left hand corner, this additional $0.99 fee is mentioned. I don't know where the $31 is coming from. Perhaps it's converting to another currency like Mexican Pesos which is written with the US dollar symbol in the front. Sychou, I bet that you are not from the US. Hence the reason why Google is showing you the wrong number. This is a problem with the way Google displays Pesos ... we can't change that display. I promise you the amount is $0.99. If you see that it's not, then you can refund the in-app purchase from Google. The reason why there's a one time purchase of $0.99 is because we had to stop the thousands of pirated copies of Inject. By charging the minimum amount of $0.99, we can now attach a digital receipt, that is generated by Google, to your purchase. There are two benefits to this: 1. Your Inject account is now tied to your Google account (which is what Google recommends). You no longer have to remember a login/password for Inject. 2. By attaching a purchase to a digital receipt, it makes it impossible for pirates to make copies of the app. EVERY time a pirate uses Inject, they are using precious server resources that Rostami Magic pays for. This is unfair to our paying customers and it's unfair to us. This is the reason why we have implemented this minor fee (only on Android) to stop the constant drain from PIRATES. Quote:

Obviously we didn't break the app, Google and Apple did. Unfortunately, fixing the things that Apple and Google break is NOT easy. iPredict+ is a $2.99 app that needs a LOT of work to keep it updated and constantly working. We are currently working on the next generation of iPredict. The new iPredict 2.0 is SUPER exciting ... but I'm afraid with our limited resources, you'll have to wait a little longer for its release. Since 2009, they have not only profited from the sales of Rostami Magic's apps, but Apple has sold more iPhones to magicians because of our apps. There are other magic apps (which I won't name) that have not paid Apple or Google a single cent. Quote:

I just found out that our friend sychou is from Taiwan.
When you convert $0.99 USD to Taiwan dollars it is $31 NTD (New Taiwan Dollar). It is actually written $31 ... I guess that's where the confusion is. Dear sychou, If you look at the price of other $0.99 apps on the Google Play store in Taiwan, you'll discover that they also say $31. I hope this clears things up. Greg |

Does anybody use a Pebble watch together with Inject (are all Pebbles compatible with Inject)?
Does it work and will it keep working now that there will be no more Pebble watches in the making? |

Thank you both for your help.
I have heard about the Martian Notifier, I don’t really like the look of it but iff it will get the job done for such a nice price then I think it is a good option. I like the Pebble more but am afraid that it will stop working with the Iphone now that these watches are no longer being made. The thing that holds me down for getting a second hand Pebble watch is that nobody knows if the Pebble watch will keep receiving pushnotifications in the next 1 or 2 years to come..... |

It's a Google Image site that they type in the phone themselves (you don't touch their phone). 2. It's a Google page that you type in their phone for them. If you use the latter, the fake Google page will disappear from their history. If you're asking about the auto-fill of the address bar, you can use another Inject URL that no one would ever start typing in their address bar. In short, you can ALWAYS perform Inject in a way where there's no signs of foul play left on the spectator's phone. I hope that answers your question. G Ro |

I was doing the basic effect. To try it out I entered the info into the address bar on my computer. 2 hrs after the info will come up in the address bar. I love the effect but I have a thirteen year old with a iPhone with apps that do all type of stunts and if I was to do this on any person of this age group they would check their history to see if they had left any clues for me.
Unless everything disappears from their phone they will work it out. I am late Fifty's and love this effect so I am going to visit the Facebook group to get info from the youth on how to accomplish these things. Thanks Greg for the info. |
