Guys, thanks for the emails and good wishes. Apparently, I picked up a nasty virus that put me out of commission for about two weeks. It is all gone now and I'll be starting on the next batch (18 sets?) of Riser Loomis Micro Chop Cup sets for Dennis on Monday. He will receive a few extra sets of balls with these cups in a couple weeks. If you want one of these last sets, please contact Dennis. Again, thanks for the good wishes.

I am so happy that Jim is well. He's a great guy and superb craftsman and doesn't deserve to suffer. I am holding orders for many of the Micro Chop Cups and have shipping labels, accessories, packing materials, all ready. When I get the next batch from Jim, I'll ship the ones on order immediately.
David, Yes, I received your order for both the Cups and the Extra Balls. Happy New Year to everyone. I'm packing my last product order for the year right now.. and plan to take a vacation until next year. ;-) Dennis Loomis P.S. There are now 13 or 14 sets left in this final run of the Loomis/Riser Micro Chop cups.

Good news for those of you that have been waiting patiently. I just received the next to last batch of cups from Jim Riser. They will be shipped Tuesday Morning. I'll notify you individually of your tracking numbers.
We have 11 sets of the cups which still available. (But not yet in stock, Jim will be doing the very final run soon. Let me know right away if you want to get these before they are gone. Dennis Loomis

There are now only 9 sets left, until the Loomis Riser Micro Chops are discontinued. I do have a set or two left on hand, and Jim Riser will be making the final run about the end of the month. The actual number will be determined by supplies on hand. There could be a couple more than nine sets remaining to be sold, or a couple less. The point is that six weeks ago when the discontinuation was announced, there were a total of 48 available. So, these last few won't last much longer.

I bought this item some time ago, and I am very pleased with it. What makes it so unique is that the balls are perfectly matched to the gimmicked cup. The attraction is neither too weak or strong - perfect. I was looking forward to a chop cup for coins, but I understand that this is no longer on the burner. Too bad. I especially like Doug Brewer's chop cup for coins. Jeff

Actually that is the coin cup, and yes they are available. James Riser was going to make a coin gaff for the Loomis/Riser copper chop cup to make it a coin cup, but that never came of age.

We produced the coin gaffs for the limited run of the Deluxe Gold Plated Version of the Loomis Riser Micro Chop Cups. Jim then decided not to make more.
I'm off to the Post Office right now to ship out MOST of the outstanding orders for Micro Chop Cups. (That includes yours, David.) Jim will be making the final run of cups when he returns home from a visit to Los Angeles. It will be a short run, he's promised me a minimum of a dozen sets and may do a few more to use up materials on hand. I'm setting aside about six for my own use and as an investment. Dennis Loomis

Additional orders have wiped out my supply of the combo sets. (Which is all we are selling now.) Jim Riser will be making a final batch of about a dozen sometime soon. I have started a waiting list for these final sets. To get on that list, visit the Loomis Magic Web Site and place an order.
When the last batch is gone, there will be no more of the Loomis/Riser Micro Chop Cups. Jim has lots of new products "on the horizon" and so does Loomis Magic. There's a good chance he and I will team up again on another project. Dennis Loomis

I just received the Micro Chop Cup set, and all I can say is "Wow". I should have purchased them two years ago when they were first offered. The props are beautiful and the routine is engaging and entertaining. Thank you Jim for your commitment to quality and Dennis for your excellent routine. Thanks also Dennis for tipping us off on the Café about the discontinuation of this product. If I had seen someone else performing this routine, and had missed the boat on ordering the set, I would have been very disappointed. I've always wanted to do a chop cup routine in walk-a-round, but never wanted to be committed to doing it at every table because I was carrying around the bag, or worse yet, have a bulge in my coat pocket. I can't wait to add this to my arnesal of material.
Thanks again you guys... Ken |

Friends, this is the last call.
Jim is finishing the very last batch. We did not get as many from the final materials as we had hoped. Jim hopes to ship these Monday (Feb 14th.) I should have them by Thursday and everyone on the waiting list will be shipped theirs. I am keeping a small supply of them for my own personal use and as an investment. Their is one final set available for sale. If you want it, go to my web site and place the order. Once that set is gone, I'll take down the page about these. I'll keep the FAQ and Tips page up for those of you that purchased them. Jim has given me tantalizing hints about a new product that he wants me to do a routine for. I don't know much more about it then that! But, I look forward to anything that Jim makes. He's a true craftsman, and has plans for some new and innovative products to come out soon. Loomis Magic is working on several new releases which you will be hearing about over the coming months. Thanks again to everyone that has purchased the Micro Chops and for all of the compliments we've received. Dennis Loomis

Apparently not, David. My goodness. My records show that it was shipped on January 18 via Global Priority Mail. It certainly should have been there by now. Can you send me an email with the address again so I can check?
We'll work it out. Denny
