Repositionable spray adhesive will not work for this effect. Richards formula is proprietary, but it functions the same as Science Friction does. SF will work to make effects similar to this, such as Eric Casey's Poker Test for example.
Aleene's Tack-It Over n Over is my go-to repositionable adhesive. And then I read this thread, which makes me question things... Quote: On Feb 9, 2020, reignofsound wrote:

Science Friction won’t work?
The original substance feels like a glue. |

I think any repositionable glue would work. I like the Zig 2-way glue sticks. If you research this topic more you will find it's a bit subjective. People seem to have their personal preferences. Since they are not that expensive I would suggest buying several and experimenting in order to find your preference. BTW, by lessening the stickiness of DST combined with a proper technique of separation, you can use DST very quietly. |

Ummm, yeah, my bad. My mind was fixated on Any Card for some reason, which uses an SF type application. Alpha Deck does use repositionable glue. I own the trick and made it up with Aleene's TIOAnO and it works great. That would be my suggestion.
Sorry for the mix-up. Quote: On Feb 10, 2020, videoman wrote:

So this is what Fool Us has come to. On the latest episode, someone came on and just straight-up performed this trick. It didn't fool them.

It’s got to be just to get on TV and “hope” for something to come out of it as it’s not the 1st time we have seen an effect performed on that show that there was no way it would even come close to fooling them - this was funny at the end though how he did not pick up on what Penn said to him in code

When Penn said “ sticktoitadnus” there was a reaction from him so I think he did know that Penn had caught him.

Hi all, was trying to revisit this effect again when I found out that the online tutorial link is already down. I remembered it was an online tutorial only with no download option. Not sure if anyone knew what happened? Thanks.
