Is anyone familiar with this principle, is it good, useful.. is it a sleight, misdirection, structuring, self-working..
any detail on how it helps the magician would be appreciated

Look at the category under where it is listed. I think that gives a lot of information about the principle.

I tend to view a principle as something different than a gaffed card (the category). Yet if this is just a "breather" or the like, I would see the price as being too high.
