Hi,
I have been trying to track down a supplier who sells the classic 2p/2p coin unique. There are 2p/10p and 2p/£1, they also sell the 2p shell , but this does not fir over the 2p as it’s not expanded. Any ideas? Thanks Mac I should add that I am in the UK ( which is kind of obvious as I am asking for a 2p!) |

Err, are you sure that's the "classic" version? My understanding was that it was like a Scotch and Soda, making one (of two different) coins disappear and reappear somewhere else.
A 2p/2p one would just be a ma*****c coin and a s***l. Which could work, but there are probably alternative options, too. What are you trying to achieve with one? |

I have been doing the 2p unique version for years and have lost my last coin set. Using two identical coins is a strong effect as both are perceived to be the same size. Also I have gags built around these coins e.g. 2p or not........!

Uhh, are you sure about that? When I look at the search results, almost all of them are the 2p/10p or 2p/£1, which are specifically *not* what the OP is looking for.
I can't help but wonder if a TUC (though I don't know if they make one) or split coin might be better. |

My bad, I misread, I thought you were looking for £2/2p.
I tried searching Google to no avail. 2p magic -"£2' I.e. show me 2p not £2. Perhaps an expanded shell or hoping half set would be similar. |

I already suggested that, too.

Never heard of a 2p/2p coin unique.
OP might have just used a new 2p shell that is expanded and a magnetic 2p. |

Go to select and a drop down menu lets you pick from the ones they carry. the 2/2p is listed for 35 (Pounds?) It says they are "In Stock". I hope it is the right one but on second glance the first "2" does not have a p beside it
