This app is great but the creators are not pushing to include all the updates and suggestions that are needed. Other great apps take suggestions and very soon they launch an updated version with all the suggestions. Great app but not very fast/good customer service.

It works perfectly as is. Nothing else is needed.

I would disagree.
First, you can't really know how hard they are working on it.
Second, it has not been out that long and they have already promised that an upgrade should arrive very soon. An upgrade which they have stated will take into account many (if not all) of the suggestions they have received so far.

I think you just need a little more patience. To my mind, they have responded very quickly so your comment regarding slow and poor customer service is completely unwarranted IMO. This is not the only thing the creators have going on in their lives. Give them a chance and be reasonable with your expectations

My expectations are based only on the experience I had with other apps

Does this work on iPad ?

And if you buy this - do you then have it on both iPhone and iPad [?] - I guess if you upgrade phone [iPhone for iPhone] you don't need to buy it again

I think your suggestion about not very fast/good customer service is, is a little unwarranted. It is clear you have little idea of what is involved in developing or updating an iPhone App. This is BRAND NEW and only been out less than 4 weeks.
As it happens we are very soon about to release a bunch of updates (FOR FREE) which will make this even better than it already is and does in fact take into consideration many of the requests we have had. This is a massive project and a seriously good tool for pretty much every magician to have on them at all times.

I think we have responded to any queries PDQ and as Videoman kindly mentioned above, we are all involved in projects other than DFB and things take time. You would be amazed at the hoops we had to jump through to make our creation a reality.
Psy, I think you'll find the wait worth it my friend. Continued success and thank you for your purchase.

I wonder how difficult it is to 'do' - I'm not asking for exposure - I have a phone, but I'm not on FB/etc and so am not always on it and if it needs certain touches that might need work it would be good to know. Maybe PM if it gets close to exposure... but I really am not asking for exposure, just trying to work out if it's 'easy' for someone who is not a gaget head

The Duster - yes it’s easy. It just works and does exactly what it says it will do. You don’t need to be tech savvy at all to use this and get great reactions.

I'm only worrying about that as $60 is a bit steep - and I'm likely to use iPad in parlour shows - and iPhone just out and about

You don’t need to buy twice. Buy it once and can use on iPhone or iPad.

Super easy AND (more importantly) super reliable.
It's a great app out of the gate but when extra customization is added it will be absolutely fantastic.

It's nice to have apps like Inject that can practically do everything under the sun, but with that comes a learning curve. Heck, it's a learning curve just figuring out what all it is capable of, let alone mastering it.

But DFB you can do perfectly in literally under a minute. It doesn't do everything but what it does do, it does flawlessly. I think that once it's available on Android every magician will own it and use it. My only fear is that it will be killed by over use and there may come a time when the general public becomes aware that apps like it exist.

With a world population of 8 billion and 2 billion Facebook users and a high number of the 2 billion no longer using Facebook but just not deleted their accounts , I think only 1 in 5 people actually really use it Duster so I think we are actually in the majority not the minority like you might think Tarik 🙂

It’s probably worth mentioning that this app currently doesn’t look right on an iPad so I wouldn’t use it on one at present.
Modifying the custom list often crashes on an iPad too.
That will likely be corrected but in a future update but this app really isn’t intended for a tablet and works flawlessly on an iPhone.
Even in a parlor setting I think it makes more sense to use your phone anyway due to the nature of the effect.
Plus, it’s not like using an iPad would allow anyone other than your volunteer to see things better because the actual words are not significantly larger.
