If for whatever reason you have not purchased this incredible app yet..

Allow me to give you some more incentive.. Smile

https://youtu.be/l9Cv3TZHtRc

This is a stage routine I developed using ONLY the DFB app. No pre-show or anything like that.

Very interesting combination of principals in a nicely routined presentation. Thanks for sharing.

Great performance TheDirecrionalist. I really enjoyed this, to steal from Bukowski, I see where God made lots of magicians but not so many entertainers, you are both! Nice work.

Little idea that I hope you will like : you could use it with Cube to Chocolate by Henry Harrius and pretend you messed up with your prediction because you have a cube and then change the cube into smarties.

EXCLUSIVE!!!!

Coming to the famous Blackpool Convention? Sadly Nick will no longer be there in person but please pop over to the Einhorn booth and say hi!

The ENHORN booth will be next to the lovely Propdog guys. We have a small quantity of an item you will definitely want to use with DFB.

Rainbow is a reveal you can always carry on you and which leaves the spectator with a memory long after you have left.
We have had a small batch of bespoke Higar Rainbow gimmicks produced. Our two images you will not be able to purchase anywhere else in the world.
This is my absolute favourite trick and as it is thin enough to fit in my phone case/wallet/pocket I will never be without a miracle again!
Visit the booth to find out more and see a live demo.
Make this a priority as we really don't have many and expect to sell out quickly.

Okay, I guess I need to read this entire thread but I didn’t hear Nicole tell you her number. What am I missing?

I purchased DFB (iOS) on Sunday and actually performed it at the local IBM meeting the next evening (Celebrity and Grocery item in same photo prediction on the spectator’s phone). It went over VERY well, even among a room of magicians, most of them were not familiar with the effect (yet).

But I guess I need to do more reading of this thread, because, without knowing the spectator’s number I don’t know how you did that awesome presentation.

Sorry for being a little cryptic, but trying to send clues without blatantly saying it. Let's just say that Nicole's reality and the camera's are not identical. Also, let's say there's a rather useful extension of a ploy being employed that was pioneered by the clever Dunninger. If you're familiar with the basics of mentalism, that should be enough to clue you in. ;-) Btw, nice routine, Dustin!

Yes, I caught the part where Dustin said to read everything around her chosen number. I presume darkness was included. The part that threw me was Dustin’s lack of knowing her number. Camera tricks.

Hey Mark!

No camera tricks here. Smile

I did share exactly how I accomplished this routine on the Facebook group!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! DFB is amazing and I’m sure we are just scratching the surface of what it can really accomplish..

Thanks, Dustin. I've requested to join the Facebook group, hopefully I'll get approved today. Your routine is VERY powerful. Thanks!

I love the app, but sadly, not all of us have FB. It would be nice if purchasers had another way in which to access ideas/discussions...

Also, some have mentioned how things don't line up with Samsung Galaxys. I have an S8. If I am performing for people I don't know, using their included screens are fine. But I cant really perform this for people that do know me, as most of the apps, and the look, can not be made to look like my phone. Having some more control over that would be nice...

Being able to customize the app icons on each screen would lift DFB from a 9.8 to a 12! Yes, please.

you should open a facebook account purely to follow and check on all the magic groups don't bother adding any friends etc... I used to be fanatical on facebook but now post very little and just use it to join/read all the magic groups, second hand magic stuff for sale and not to mention most dealers stream live videos weekly now so you are really missing out by avoiding it Smile

btw loved, loved, loved, your use of DFB TheDirectionalist super smart and inspiring Smile

Lots of great ideas popping up in the Facebook group. As Craig suggested, non Facebook users should open an account just to join the group and follow along. You don't have to post pictures of your family or photos of what you had for dinner last night. Set all privacy settings to maximum privacy and there's not much to worry about (never turn on Apps & Websites and NEVER install the Facebook Messenger app on your phone).
