It really don’t take a lot of practice!!!!! Yes some but the moves are not that hard. It goes over a few ways of performing this. One way super easy and looks killer.

I would say yes, assuming you can get a karate coin made in your currency.

Unless your fingers are as thin as a pen you would probably have to modify the coin.
