Hey I was wondering where I could get an inexpensive coin clip or how to make one? I need this to perform david roth's tuning fork. I already can make a coin rattle box.

Is the clip for palming or under a jacket?? Under a jacket, a clothes pin (small?)with a safty pin attached to it, pin under the jacket could work. OK??

Get this one, created by Eugene Burger. It's ten bucks.

Not knowing what your routine entails, something I have used in the past to hold a few coins for vanishing at the same time was silly putty. Not only was it silent, it was cheap.

In Close-Up Illusions, Gary Ouellet says he uses a small piece of angle iron and bends one of the "legs" to fit his stack of coins.
There are many tricks, and many effects, but rarely a Grand Effect. There are many entertainers, but few real magicians. Many technicians, but few artists who use their art to explore their vision. - Derren Brown, Absolute Magic
