I just went on the Kaufman and Co. website and there are only three books you can order. What happened to all the rest like Derek Dingle, Eugene Burger, BRo. John Haman, etc.??!!

No there used to be a list along with that message so that you could order "any other book".
Next time you suggest others to read something it would probably be a good idea to do the same yourself |

There "Used" to be but they took that down the day after I called them "last year" to try and get a couple books from the list that were out of print. They also said the buy two get one expired a while back. They had just failed to take the page down. So that list has been gone for months.
I did however call in a month ago to re-up my Genii sub and get the Vernon book. While I was on the phone, I was able to order the Derek Dingle book that they still had in stock.
