Is it possible to opt out of having ads delivered to my Inbox?

No, this has been asked and answered many times in this forum. You agreed to receive those notices when you registered. It's a small price to pay for a free site such as the MagicCafe and many members find the ads very usual and informative. If you don't want to read the PM, just scroll to the bottom of your PM's and click delete.

Since we don't send ads via email, he's talking about PM's which come from the Café owner and they can't be blocked and you cannot opt out of them.
