I don't know if this is the right place to post about what I think it's a rip-off of Mendoza's Close-up presentation. Googling around, I found Close-up presentation - Master Magician Series vol.1 (ISBN 9781541307698). My copy appears to be published/printed(?!?) by Magic City but at the examination seems to be a xeroxed copy of an original (with xeroxed underlines, annotations and marks distributed in all the book). Please, let me know your opinions about that. Thanks.

Sounds like a copy. The original was in Hardcover, and the Magic City edition is a perfect-bound rendition with a green cover. You can also buy it on iTunes as an eBook. Where did you get it from? Sometimes people on eBay are just passing on what they got elsewhere and they might not know if it is a copy or not. Some books from the 70's were just photocopies, as computer printers weren't as good as they are today.
