Simplymagicweb /Sean.... really love your video and routine. Do you teach the "magic moving pillow" :25 seconds into your routine? Smile

Ok, I learned something new. I had to look up "innit". At first I thought it was an acronym, like "IMHO", then I found it was a British contraction. I've been to the UK a few times and never ran into that! I love language.

Innit and dya no wat I meen are essential street magicians lingo, ideally to be used in conjunction with the oscillating pillow illusion.

ROFL. Well, I believe the original oscillating pillow illusion dates back to Indian Fakirs performing it for spice traders in the mid 1700's. I was told this by Pop Haydn when he invited me to the exclusive sauna room in the secret basement of the magic castle.

As far as splits, keep in mind of what you want to accomplish. For single sided, Greg wilson’s is my go to (his replicas are beautiful and he uses earth magnets compared to say the original Johnny Wong version). As far as triple nests...I own both a 3cmx and a triple threat. I love them both and I prefer the Lassen triple over the 3cmx. But either are wonderful options.

Indeed
that has been my philosophy for 48 ish years.
After focusing on my music for a couple of decades I have returned to coin
work. This routine brings fond memories of phone chats with Todd.

Hello, from cold Norway!

I've been reading.. A lot. And some of the post goes back years, so it's not easy to choose. But I would like some help or input to which direction I should go.

I'm looking for a triple split coin, and it's so many choices. 3CM, Triple Threat, Triple TUC, Johnny Wongs STC/PP3, etc.

I have the TUC and I can do a lot of routines with that and just some s***LD coins, but it's only a Quarter so it's so small. So wanted something more visual like the Eisenhower dollar. So decided that it would make my routines much easier with a triple. So my search started, and never ended.

So I decided to ask here, and someone please tell me if I missed a simelar recent post.

And so K, what did you ever decide on this, and how is it going for you? 😊

Hi mb!

Its been a few years since I've been active on this site. Stuff happened and time flies..

I actually bought/ordered a couple of sets. I bought the IKE Casino Split from JJ. And I bought the Quiver. Then I had some conversations with a couple gaff makers about making one just for me, in my own currency.

Cool to see that the thread lives on.

Lost my JJ coin coalition, the other day. I can’t believe it. Hopefully whoever finds it gains magic powers. Haha… anyway I went online today and settled for a set of transient coins as a replacement. Interested to see how they feel. Smile

I will be interested in your feedback about the Transient Coins.

I have an expanded Eisenhower dollar shell and a split coin from Roy Kueppers. I have added a thin iron disc + teflon tape into the shell. All nests quite nicely together because of the magnetic split coin and you can toss it around as one coin if needed but also produce 3 coins anytime. You can easily unnest the split coin from the shell when keeping the size of the shimmed part as small as possible.

Very nice. But ... since this N2G set is new to me, is the CS Peace Dollar (I assume) a triple or an X[? I would have assumed the latter.
