May I ask what parts of Fiber Optics you do? Do you do the entire routine or have you put together a selection of phases?

These are so so hard! But great to get you thinking.

For cards probably Chad Long's Shuffling Lesson. You can change the presentation a bit to give a different vibe to the effect. You can either be a card shark or just lucky, and it makes your spectator the star.

Coins is tricky because all of my coin work flows into a one routine hard to seperate them I guess Karate Coin. It's very atypical and leaves a strong image.

I would have to say metal bending for my miscellaneous because it can really give an impression of true magic and leaves an impossible souvenir.
We should all be in a constant state of wonder

Tricks :
ACR
ACAAN
Omni deck

but most people are talking about methods so it would be

Center Tear ( mind reading anything anywhere with anyone)
Double Lift ( the rest of anything )
And a false transfer ( coin bend in their hands)

3 methods with infinite possibilities that I could live with

That’s a fun question. One I’ve never sat back and asked myself, so coming to the answer took me a minute- but not much more than that. I wanted to list of 3 to be balanced- 3 card tricks for the rest of my life would get old real fast. So I chose

1. Double cross

2. 3 fly

Thanks for getting involved that's a nice list but I don't think you've read the thread correctly as the list calls for only one card trick which will make your choice even harder now Smile

Coins: Coin Menagerie (Armando Lucero) - If I was limited to only one trick for the rest of my days then this would be it. I suppose this will count as my “coin” routine, but to me it’s just pure magic.

Cards: The Reformation (Guy Hollingworth) - Still working on it after all these years. Like Chris Kenner says about his Three Fly: Takes a minute to learn, but a lifetime to master.

Other: Cups & Balls - Houdini considered no one a magician until mastery of a C + B routine.
