Interesting...it says "If you use the script supplied with this effect, you may cause offence to your audience!" It seems like we have a lot of "offensive" (not in a bad way) effects out lately. Let's see if it's worth it to offence your spectators. Haha.
http://www.murphysmagic.com/product.aspx?id=62197 Description: ***WARNING*** If you use the script supplied with this effect, you may cause offence to your audience! Parental Guidance is Tom Wright's reworking of the effect commonly known as Red Hot Mamma or Chicago Opener, with a great final phase. First of all, the spectator's chosen card changes colour and is marked on the back with a huge 'F'. Secondly, the blue 'F' card is found to be a second spectator's thought-of card. Finally, a third spectator expects the blue 'F' card to become their card but, instead, they read the small print. The small print directs them to the chosen card which could be under a drink, under the box or even under their very own watch! The routine (which could cause offence) is supplied with three custom-printed Bicycle cards and an instructional download featuring real-world live performances and full handling instructions. |

If you don't want to cause offence you could do the Terry Ward version which is on the 'Art of Play' dvd set and also uses the Jay Sankey card from 'Fine print' Looks like it was in fact the inspiration for this.
