The only way you could get this to work would either be to tell the other person the method, or purchase 2 and don’t fill one with powder, then swap it out so that you get he powder one. White Noise would have worked for this as it uses 2 whistles, one that blows the powder and one that just sounds the whistle. We are currently sold out of white noise and don’t have any plans on making more anytime soon I’m afraid. Jordan |

However the only drawback, as compared to The Whistle Blower, is that it shoots powder directly into the nostrils. White Noise has a nice chrome plated metal construction which gives it a good & elegant look.

I guess it depends on one’s sense of humour. I know loads of people who had the original and they live it. The thing to remember is that this is a occasional piece. Something you’d use on a friend at a party. To be aware that many people, included those who get pranked with this, roar with laughter is absolutely enough to know that this is a really funny item. But not for all, fair enough.
I purchased the whistle. To be honest my one doesn’t seem to blow when I do ‘the thing’ that makes it blow prior to handing it over. I haven’t bothered asking for a new one. Anyway, yeah my wife thinks it’s dreadful. I and my kids think it’s the funniest thing I have. I’d be happy to recommend this to everyone. Even if mine isn’t working right!!!

I have to point out having received mine, this is made on a reprap/makerbot style 3d printer. This gives it a certain look, feel, and possibly a lack of durability as these printers making items that are prone to break at the layers. I probably would not have paid 35 bucks, if I had known this ahead of time.

It is quite solid, I don't want to say the quality is necessarily bad. It's just a bit of a peeve of mine buying prototyping parts

Hi Joshua,
I can assure you that this will not come apart and its certainly not a prototype part. The reason its 3D printed is that it could not be moulded in the shape that it is with all the internal structure, believe me I have tried. Regards Jordan |

Great gag but what this has to do with magic I will never ever know ? It should never ever be on a magic forum in my opinion

This is NOT intended to be a "magic trick". It's used IN magic routines as Jordan stated. Is this a hard concept for people to understand? I am starting to wonder how many performers out there just simply perform "magic tricks" and do nothing else to spice up their routines? This falls into the same category as a lot of things that, well for one, Tom Burgoon would use. I use his 'Gum Gag" alot. Is it sold at magic shops? Yes it is! Does it add a lot of fun during your performance? Yes it does! Same concept people...
