Lybrary.com has Brick Tilley's Gypsy Switch a short version that uses an unprepared envelope that is given to the volunteer to keep. it replaces the final bills with pieces of newspaper...good humor possibilities...
God's grace rocks! It makes a good cups and balls routine look pretty boring in comparison.
