Do you want to hear some wonderful storytelling for adults? Check out the Horsemen podcast: https://www.horsemenpodcast.com/ It is free. It was released earlier this month. I have listened to the 7 podcasts which have been released thus far and have found the storytelling to be quite a treat for the adult listener. Folks in our genre could learn something from the mind behind this podcast.
If you do listen to it, report back what you think of it. It does get very good reviews on iTunes from folks who have been listening. Enjoy, David |

I listened to all six of the current episodes. Totally digging this, thanks David. This is definitely doing a fine job of filling in that X-Files, Heroes, The Event sized hole in my heart. Netflix SO needs to make this a series.
My favorite thus far has been the Black Horse but I definitely identify more with the Red Horse (even on the quiz). I don't know if the readers are reading in character or just reading the material. I did have a little trouble with the actress doing the Pale Horse - she seemed nervous and felt like the least experienced of the team. But if they're in character maybe that's just part of Edna. |
