I've heard about this but have never seen it performed. How is it different than CMH?

Two different colored, ordinary rubber bands are shown. You visually link the two rubber bands, and show that they are really linked. You then unlink them.
The rubber bands are totally examinable before and after the effect.

Nope, with Missing Link you can very cleanly show that the two bands are linked. The "Kenner Display" is extremely visual.
You can do a linking headbands type effect with rubberbands, but the Kenner trick is much better. I think that it's one of the true masterpieces of close up magic. |

I have to agree with Vinny here. I got the Kenner book a couple of weeks ago, and I have been practicing this ever since. It does take a while to get the "set-up" down to the point where you can do it in a little more than a second, but boy is it worth it! It is one of the most beautiful effects out there. It sure looks good on your demo vinny! Beautiful work as always!
