Hi All. Is Magic by Misdirection worth reading if I had not read the first two books in the trilogy. My curiosity regarding misdirection has recently been stimulated.
Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, yes, it is worth study but reading the first two books are not required. I do feel the first book of the trilogy, Showmanship, is well worth studying also. I have never been able to make it all the way through Trick Brain but I have been told I am missing some very good things in it.

I agree with friend Wrayvn.
The books were written one at a time, but,IMO. also, it makes little difference which one you read first. Werner Dornfield (DORNY) a dear departed friend of mine, was involved in Fitzkee's national touring company, and, he recommended it! "Misdirection" is well worth your time! The "Trick Brain" was a challenge to me, too, but, it's worth reading.
