On the latest episode of Penn's Sunday School, entitled 'Pull Your Cash Out', Penn talks with his co-hosts about a new effect, whose name was confirmed to be:

PYCO

Yes, the name PYCO is is an homage to their classic trick, MOFO the Psychic Gorilla. However, the 'C' in PYCO does not stand for 'Cash' as in the Podcast episode title. I don't think I should type out the full name of the effect, because I don't want to get banned from the Cafe Forums. You can go and listen to the episode if you want to know what it stands for, and the origin of the phrase and it's use amongst their stage crew.

On the August 28, 2024 episode of Penn's Sunday School ('Three Fair Questions!'), Penn mentions 3 bits by name:

'Entropy' - which is a bit that they currently perform

and then 2 bits that they are still working on called:

'Tree'
and
'Fruit Fly'

Penn states that many people say that Entropy is their favorite trick in the show, even though there isn't one instance of magic in the entire bit.

Penn then offers to recite the introductions to the other 2 bits: Tree & Fruit Fly (both of which deal with time: Tree, where the effect(s) happen so extremely slowly, that many people will not ever notice when they happen, and 'Fruit Fly', where the effect happens extremely quickly)

Trees
"You know, trees don't have a central nervous system, they don't really have a brain. The latest studies are showing that in some way they have what we would call desires and how they do problem solving. They will start doing insecticides in their leaves when a certain insect is prevalent, they will do altruism and they will go towards water and they will lean towards sun. But it's all done on a different time frame than we do it. If trees moved in the same time frame that we move in, we would probably perceive them more as animals and we would personify and anthropomorphize them. What you may not know, is that trees also do magic. We're not aware of that because trees work in a different time frame than we do, and we don't get to see the magic. So we have here, the greatest tree magician in the world who has agreed to perform for us.
(then, an 8 foot, potted, olive tree is brought out and left near stage right. Then they ask to borrow someone's phone with Time-Lapse, which is then set up to record the entire show with the tree in the foreground and the rest of the show in the background, which then records a 90 minute time-lapse, which turns out to be a 34 second time-lapse video)
During the show, they will never point out or light the tree, but you might notice that at certain points in the show, the tree has turned or moved, or has cards or a rubber dove in its branches.
At the end of the show, Penn will state that the tree has been doing his magic during the entire show, but some of you may not have noticed. They will then take the borrowed phone, plug it in and show the 34 second time-lapse video, and Penn will do the voice of the tree (with a pitch shift taking his voice down a few octaves), and you will see the tree rotate, produce a fan of cards, produce a dove, produce a silk, raise it's branches and then take a deep bow.

Fruit Fly
"You know, Fruit Flies have a life span that is very very short. Fruit flies vision and nervous systems are operating at such a different rate than us, that when they are under fluorescent lights, they see it as flashing. Their nervous system goes so fast that time is entirely different. So a second for a fruit fly is very different than a second for us.
There are fruit fly magicians, but we can't see the magic they are doing because it happens so quickly. Vegas is the marriage capital of the world. Did anyone just get married? (they will invite a newlywed couple up on stage)
Now we're going to have eveyrone in the audience pick your lucky number for you as a couple, so everyone get out your phones, get out your calculator, say a number. We have people say a number and everyone enters it into their phone.
Penn says, for instance, whatever the number is, "Did everyone get 42,642? Did everybody get that? (and everyone says 'Yes'. Penn states that the number will always be different)
Well that's your lucky number, 42,642. Remember that your whole life. You just got married, we just gave you your lucky #.
But you know, the Fruit Fly magician would like to give you a little magic gift, and since we're celebrating, would all of you turn on your phones to 'Slow-Mo' and point it towards the stage please because Teller and I would like to give you some rice.
And Penn & Teller throw a bunch of rice from a sheet that falls down upon them and says "That is some rice to celebrate your wedding. But a fruit fly helped us with this magic, so if you all take that video you just shot in slow motion and watch it back, you will see their lucky number is in the rice.
Now the audience members will think that they're expecting people to look at their phones and count the individual grains of rice, but actually, when they play it back, that just for an instance, they will see that the rice in the air will spell
out their lucky number. "So now Bob & Janet (or whatever their names are), you have 600 wedding videos and after the show, you can go out and have people AirDrop the videos to you, and if anyone has an especially good one, feel free to charge them. We want to thank our Fruit Fly magician for helping out with that magic."

[unnamed bit]
Penn also said he has also written a new (as of yet, unnamed) bit that is the most 'naked' thing he has written and he is afraid to perform it, as it will raw, naked & embarrassing, but he vows that he is going to perform it at some point. It has something to do with memory loss and 'less fast' (i.e. slow) as he gets older. He wants to talk about the stuff that he could do at 20, that he can no longer do now that he's 70. He wants to stand on stage, take out his hearing aids and hold them while doing the trick.
