Wow. I tried to slow down the video in order to see something, but nothing. In less than 1 frame the blue back becomes a red top. If it wasn't sold on Penguin, I would assume it's a video with special FX
And it's examinable ?! Degree of interest: *very high* |

Looks really good. I wonder when it is examinable. The video doesn't show it can be handled out right after the change.

From what I saw on the video and what is stated in the ad is that you can hand out the box for examination after the effect.

Looks like the same method as the sweet packet colour change at seo magic.

I am worried, because a lot of effects say they can be examined at the end, but they don't mention you need to do a switch. Totally hate it when that is the case. I mean you can have an examinable elephant for every effect WHEN you do a switch!

This is as clever as it gets and by removing the cards from the case, the case is fully examinable

I received this today. The gimmick is well constructed, but there is a bit of additional arts and crafts. Nothing difficult though. The box is completely examinable after pulling the cards out. It is basically what I thought it would be. I'm not sure I will actually use it though. It might be good for a quick social media clip, but I don't see using it for live performances.

The only thing I do not like about it is that you have to have a riderback box and you have to keep the cellophane on the box. Other than that, I think it's a worker. The reset is quick and the application is simple. The angles are super good as you only have to be concerned with one of the edges of the side of the box. Not sure why the other person would not use this in a performance. Sometimes I wonder if some of these people actually perform for paid audience.

When you remove the cards from the box to make this examinable, how compromised is the deck? Is it easy to either ditch the gimmick or use the deck with the gimmick for other effects?

I really like this, been looking for a good colour changing box for a suggestion routine I have in mind, and this is perfect! much better than 2 others I have.
easy to make up, good teaching to perform it well, and there is a clever way of ditching the gimmick without going to your pocket, though the cop method is easy enough anyway. i will def be using this!! i cant see anyone being disappointed with this tbh, its about as good as it gets. 10/10 |

I finally got this going and really like it! Very easy to use. The clean up is easy as well so you can hand the box out for examination if you wish. The quality of the gimmick is better than what I thought and should last a long time. For $23.06 (from Penguin magic) with free shipping, definitely well worth the price!
