Just ran through the routine a few times and this looks great.
Make sure you use enough sticky stuff and this is a fooler.
Cards look great mismatched.

Would be nice to have that much time to waste on such a procedure.

Following the thread and figured there is one one solution, Buy it and make my own mind up.

Is it worth $20 even though I had an idea of how it was constructed...absolutely!

Ideal to use as a follow up to Revive; Extremely happy with the download.

I still prefer revive, but one advantage of FACE-OFF I Can see is wont matter / shouldn't matter how long your leave your gimmicks between performances!

I am doing it on my lunch break while watching the news.
Actually quite therapeutic.

You should try

Great looking effect, but ... wow I would re-edit that trailer - gave too much away. The overlayed words reveal too much as does showing the card at the end from both sides. IMO

"All that remains is a frayed crease proving that the cards were once torn"

- you got to love E's narketing, trying to make the kids think a negative is a positive. It's like having a levitation where you stand with one leg in the air and one on the ground to prove you were once standing!

I am having a little trouble lining up the gaff perfectly. Using the Barnes method.

I can respect what you're saying, but nobody has been ripped off here. Bennie either independently created it and didn't publish it before Ron, or he saw Ron do it.

It's not like Ellusionist ripped off anyone else before. Oh wait...!

I may look into scoring the face of the card in regeneration from tips I have gained from this thread Smile
I may buy this effect too if the ripped seam can be hidden during the performance as it would look brilliant if the tear was seen both sides at the conclusion Smile

Hi everyone!

I'm wondering about selling pre-made, high quality gimmicks for this trick in packs of 20 for UK folk. Obviously they would need to provide evidence of buying the trick in the first place.

Anyone interested please message me.

Thanks!

Ziggy.

Why does he need to prove it to you Mandy ?
Are you a Policewoman or something ?
He may have it or he may have Bernie’s version or he may have independently created it ? Smile
