It’s because I pmed the people on here Jake who were having massive success with the handling, I thought I would ask them their handlings via a private pm.
Then lots of them actually told me they had slight issues too, but were easily resolved everytime with some subtle nuances.
It’s a wonderful prop and perfectly made I just wanted the info at an instant 100% of the time and now I have. Happy New Year Olly

For those who have only just received this item, it is well worth handling and getting familiar with it. The more times you pick it up, hold or even look, the more you will be able to use and appreciate.

Since I haven't seen it mentioned, but most have probably experienced, the tell is easier to get with the casket on a hard surface versus a mat when sliding it to do so (which is my preferred method). At least that's my experience.

This is such a great item! Small, beautiful, simple. Works perfectly every time. I’m thinking about picking up another one for my daughter to fry some of her classmates... (I’d give her mine, but I love it too much!!). Smile

Jake Jr., Did you receive the clear polypropylene cases yet?

Thanks!

Some of the little black Suitcases came in today, that balance will be in next week. These are a nice quality and even if you don't use it in conjunction
with John Talbot's routine, make a nice storage case for coins. They've been posted on the website.

Just received this, and - just as most above do - I recommend this highly. Great method, works perfectly, and the quality is terrific.

Mad Jake - when might do you expect the ebook to be available?

Hi Doc, thank you for your kind words we're so glad you like it. Frederick plans to get back to the ebook the middle of this month. He has some custom chop cups he's doing as well as our next 3 releases and then will be back to the book. He was looking through this thread and kind of got depressed with the "Why didn't I think of that?" Smile Everyone has been so creative with this piece.

I've said it over and over in this thread, I never expected this kind of response and it's very humbling to see so many magicians coming up with something other than just the basic routine we included. We feel good about about this release because everyone has been so positive about it and we feel like we've contributed something useful for performers to use and carry in their pocket.

I have received my Brass Coin Casket and have been enjoying playing around with it. As others have mentioned, Which Hand tricks are a natural with it. I am going a different route with it though. So far, it has passed the wife test and I am looking forward to doing this for real people for their reactions.

I have a leather coin purse from Magic By Gosh that holds the coin casket perfectly, so after doing the basic routine a couple of times, I followed up with Stephen Tucker’s ‘Impossible’, (a routine of 3 different objects hidden while the performers back is turned and the performer is 100% correct on what is where). I had the coin placed back in the casket and before placing the casket back in the purse, I removed a small envelope from it (the purse) and then the casket went into the purse.... ‘Yes or no, do you remember if you placed the coin heads up or tails up?’ as I was opening the envelope. Thanks to John C’s Ultimate Positive Negative, the prediction matched how the coin was replaced.
