IThump/Toxic+

Would like to take a moment to give a HIGH recommendation for this amazing app!

I've been using it professionally for several months... and can't say enough about it! It really is the ultimate toxic forcing app... like no other! THIS is it!
Not only did Ian begin with THE BEST.... but he continues to add enhancements to it to always KEEP it the best! And his customer service is exceptional! (Those who have it can confirm this)

"One" of my many favorites is the "Remainder Force" which allows the audience to follow along on their own calculator and come up with the SAME total! (I use this for a borrowed bill serial number force that slays!!)
Another favorite is the calendar Confabulation where, AFTER revealing info to the spectator. you tell them you actually had dreamed the night before that what just took place... would indeed take place! You hand them your phone... ask them to open your calendar for that day... and ask them to read the NOTE ENTRY you made earlier, for that day! It reveals the SAME (and even more!) info that was revealed a moment before! BOOM! MINDS POPPED!

Trust me on this one! It's a must-have!

In essence, it's an amazing TWO-In-ONE tool! As the official description states:

IThump: a remote viewing device for Toxic+, and can also be used as a thumper to send vibrations from Apple Watch to iPhone... iPhone to apple watch... iPhone to iPhone.... iPhone to iPad... iPad to iPhone

Toxic+: a number force tool that mirrors all entry and results to the magicians apple Watch and iThump interface, Bluetooth earpiece as well as providing stand-alone peaks.

You can perform many types of different forces, book tests as well as item look-up from your OWN custom lists. Multiple birthdates, Celebrities, Zodiac and Chinese star signs and lots of data can be derived from the info being input. I'm sure you will find many uses in your magical and mentalism effects.
The majority of its features can also be used stand-alone so you don't need an Apple Watch of a second device.
You can customize the outputs to your own language. Internet is not required for normal use. When using multiple devices connection is achieved via Bluetooth alone and/or connect to the same WiFi network.
Apart from being a remote interface for Toxic+, iThump can be used to send vibrations, playing cards, zenner cards, colors, and short text messages as well as text-to-speech voice messages.
You can create a custom list of frequently used messages or use the keyboard for one-off texts.
Install on as many Apple devices as you like."

To see for yourself.... PRIOR to hitting the "Buy" button.... here's website for FULL features and instructions:

I bought the app today and Ian called me to walk me through the app step by step. We had one and half hour of phone call. Fantastic customer service!
App wise, highly recommended! This thing is so devious and has endless possibilities. It is one of the best purchases I have made.

Ian definitely shows a great deal of pride when taking care of customers. I also received a call from him so he could help me with the walk through. The app itself is something amazing. Way more features than any other out there for sure. There’s a lot to do with this app and I’ve barely touched the surface. Best app imo and I own a lot of them. Some way more expensive than iTHUMP and don’t offer nearly as much possibility as this one

I remember well when I was praising iThump for the first time here on the Café long time ago some people were at least slightly disagreeing...
It was the time iThump just hit the "market", it was still not perfect, but already extremely well done and thought out - and you could see its potential clearly. If you add an "addict" like its inventor and developer Ian to it, it must have become great. It is now without any doubts one of the very best apps around, only very few can compete with it quality wise. Besides that, Ian's support, kindness, quick response and his dedication improving his app all the time is almost unbeatable. Jan

Only on Apple products - iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Plus one for Ian's fantastic service - I bought it recently and he phoned me on Messenger to help with the set-up and to get me going.

It was a decision I made early on to have iThump/Toxic+ just for iOS.

It works on all iPhones, iPads, iPods running iOS8 and over, All Apple Watches, and hidden mini Bluetooth earpieces.

Some of my reasoning for not releasing an Android version:
1) There are many other Calculator magic apps on the market some also with Android versions.
2) None of the other apps do all the same things that iThump/Toxic+ do so the generally perception of both the public and even many magicians is that these things are not possible.
3) I made a conscious decision to keep this app under the radar and promote it mainly via word of mouth among the magic community to try and keep it's secrets safe.
4) Most Android Calculators have a history function where all the numbers and operators are stored and shown so I think it kills the effect as you could just look at the history to find out the numbers entered.
5) Apps on Android are so prolifically pirated that everyone would be sharing it and outing it's secrets. My Magic Spider app (www.mypetboris.com) has many 100,000's of pirated copies being used on a daily basis on Android yet virtually none on iOS.
6) I am trying to keep performances off TV and YouTube so that the general public don't get the sense that a fake calculator is being used.
7) I was hoping that it wouldn't be sold to school kids that would get into trouble using it for the wrong purpose or post bad performance and viral reveal videos.

With iThump/Toxic+ you can use perform a routine using their calculator as well.

Just swap calculators and have them follow along.

If I want to do a simple ACAAN (value, suit ,place in the deck ) and to see the outcomes in my Iwatch. Can I do it with his calculator ?
I guess not.

The iThump/Toxic+ Custom List feature is pretty powerful and versatile. It can be used to convert numbers to words, sentences or whole pages of information.
Some users have created custom lists that convert card to location and visa versa with number > card or card > number. Though there are probably much more direct methods at your disposal unless you have a good reason to introduce a calculator into a card trick. Not sure if this answers your question fully.

If you have some specific idea or need feel free to contact me directly through email or Facebook messenger and we can discuss.

Would have bought it already if the BT interface was not more expensive than the app itself.
Interfaces should be implemented to reach more interested customers but this keeps them of.
Only heard great things about the app though.

The interfaces add much more advanced features that are, in reality, only used by the few. They often take a load of work to create, perfect and sometimes require royalty payments in order to gain permission from the other Magic creators that they interface with or in the case of Bluetooth the need to purchase or get hold of a variety of devices to figure out how to communicate with them, then Apple takes a 30% cut off the top. So not much left in the end x the few.
Not to mention doing all the work and someone copying it all.

I also provide one on one support to anyone that needs it.

I’m sure once you get it you will find it more than worthwhile for the price.

The app itself is practically a gift and no one is forcing anyone to buy it.

Yes, correct... and as I know, Ian is that correct that his interfaces got permissions by the original creators to the devices/"systems" they connect to - not for free, BTW... I use it with BT connection to my C.U.P.P. - and couldn't be happier! Jan

Thanks for your response & clarification Ian.

I question that the PeekSmith creators take royalty payments.
I don’t want to ignore your work and efforts. I have the utmost respect for Jan & his opinion.
He loves your app and iam sure that for a good reason!

I just saw it also from a marketing point of view:

A big advantage of PeekSmith is it’s “connecting nature“, open code & gift to app creators.
It could be a multiplicator for you but hardly with additional 109,00€ for a BT interface.

Your interface cost as much as the PeekSmith device itself and 69% more than IThump/Toxic+.

People who own PeekSmith are teased to buy other compatible apps (like WikiTest & Inject). And it works.
So only a few might use your interface at the moment but that could be changed in my opinion.
More buyers of your core app would overweight a few customers that are capable of investing additionally 109,00€ for a BT interface (that displays notifications).

CUPP is a totally different system that sells for 1.670,00€ itself. I can understand the time consuming adaptation to that.
That hardly compares to the adaptation for PeekSmith (as iWatch support is already implemented).
Nobody is forced to buy it and you are not forced to sell it. But I wish you to have more customers.

What is the interface? Is it an add on? I've been in webinars all morning so brain frazzled a little...

Maybe you need to re-read my response above.

PeekSmith do not charge a royalty but some other magic creators do. (I.e.Inject and Cesaral CUPP) I’m happy to include their fee in order to gain their permission and work in cooperation with them and not behind their backs.

Some of the interfaces were Initially created for a customer’s specific needs and have since been expanded on and released to the wider group. Some have taken many weeks/months of work yet are only required by a few.

I’m happy with the current pricing. It’s never been my intention to have every second kid on YouTube or hobbyist using this app. I’m happy for it to be a small group of people who truely enjoy the effects it creates.

The IThump/Toxic+ - PeekSmith Interface adds much functionality to the device. It’s fully integrated (doesn’t use the PeekSmith App) and mirrors much of the functionality of the Apple Watch for half the price. It’s an option. Not intended for everyone. Just value added for those who want it.
And yes at a price.

I for one am glad that Ian is charging a decent amount for the interfaces, I have the Inject one and the Bluetooth one, and would pay for them again, I paid once for the app ages ago and feel I have gotten more than my moneys worth, and see this as just being able to support the development, and as Ian has said it is a pro app, and these add-ons take it even further, being able to use PeekSmith with it rather than my Apple Watch is a fantastic addition, and one I was happy to pay for, and allows me to take full advantage of my PS device. Not only that I also got extensive help from Ian to set it up initially and I know he will be there if I need help in the future, and that is because I am paying money to protect my investment, I would rather do this than have the app abandoned because the developer can't afford to keep it updated. Just my thoughts from a more than happy customer!

The people I’ve talked to about this are no kids or hobbyists.
I know that a lot of hobbyists are paying for apps and are rock solid customers.
Most of the target group you are reaching here are hobbyists (especially in latest or greatest).

Thanks for making your position clear once again.
