I know Jan very well. The book will come. Jan is just very thorough and, unfortunately, also very busy. So stay "Hoffnungsvoll" (hopeful).

Hi, I doubt it will be ready and still out this year, but I am pretty sure next year. I am simply far too busy till end of this year (good for me, bad for you
