Coming, it is in progress... and (partly) still in translation as it will contain also my 8th booklet (which is on its way - in German), but no fix date right now. It is not entirely in my hands... but I will keep you updated here for sure. Jan

The German book will be out next month (# 8 in the series), the English hopefully towards end of this year...
