Does anyone have instructions for Jack Pot Monte that they would be willing to share?

Woodrivermagic: I've googled both "Jack Pot Monte" and "Jackpot Monte" and can't seem to find out anything about either on the Internet. Could you perhaps let us know the source of this trick or at least a brief description of the effect? TIA.
