Question: Are the posting times local to the poster?
On other fora I've encountered the posting times are local to the viewer (if he's registered), but the times on the posts I see here seem to be all over the map. Nit: The category "Magic...at a moments notice" should read "Magic...at a moment's notice" |

if the poster had their time zone as a preference item, then the times could be converted on the fly for each member.
I did that for a website I managed and people seemed to like it.

We'll have that feature, and more, when we switch over to phpBB2. Right now, Gene and I are concentrating our efforts to configuring the phpBB2 scripts for the Cafe. There won't be any new features added to this one, as it will be left by the wayside when we switch.
