I've been working on bare hand assembly routines, a la Roth and Dill. Can anyone recommend other resources for good bare hand assemby routines?

Matrix Re-Born by John Born has some, I have a review of it on my website. He has some interesting versions with specialized gaffed coins.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant but there is Michael Ammar's "Shadow Coins" I really like it, good luck.

3 come to mind: Kenner's, Liwag's Flash Rice, and PK coins by Joe.

Dean dill has a beautiful assembly called MATRIX ANYTHING found in HIT THE ROAD. That for me made the dvd worth it.

Dean Dill has a ton of that type of stuff. Check out his newest DVD's. There's some very good stuff on them.

Eric,
Which video are you refering to? Is it Extreme Dill?

I have both "Extreme Dean" DVDs - both have excellent assembly routines.

I will check out his "Hit the Road."

Rannie,

Dean's matrix in Hit The Road is one of the greatest impromptu effects around. That entire video is outstanding. I wish some of the 'lost footage' hadn't been lost. Resistence if Futile is another effect I like performing from the video.

"Lucky Card" (not sure if that's its name) is another stunner and real magician fooler.

Although I am not sure if it really is a coin assembly, you might want to look into John Kennedy's translocation effect. I learned it from a video by Barry Taylor called Shell Shock. I consider it a tabled coins across, but whatever you classify it, it is a nice bare handed effect. Several Café people have referred to it and have their own variations on it. Good Luck
