Hi! I just joined the Cafe yesterday. What a fantastic forum for magic!!



I’m a Doc finishing my training in plastic surgery in Houston, TX. I’ve been involved with magic since the age of 10. Besides a few performances as a kid, I haven’t put in enough practice, but I have kept my interest and continued learning techniques and methods. I’ve also done tricks for my pediatric patients. Now I’m gonna try to become the performer I’ve always wanted to be. It’s great to have this world wide forum to talk about magic. Kudos to all the administrators and moderators!



If anyone has ideas or experience with medically themed magic, please feel free to contact me about it. I love to talk magic.

What’s up Doc? Great to have a medical professional with us. As for medical themed magic, Jay Sankey’s "Airtight" done with a rubber glove would be pretty cool.



I also sometimes use a stethoscope I have to find a selected card, not too practical for me.
