The quality of this Peek Note Wallet is superb and I very much like the handling too. It also has a section for currency which is an added advantage.

Its an awesome wallet for sure, the quality is top notch and the handling is great. Also the wallet looks very nice as a wallet I mean there are some "magic" wallets that have countless very cool features just not looks like a regular wallet at all.

We have it in stock now at: https://tinyurl.com/y63qurnu

Best,
Tom

Hey Jan, you must be thinking of his other wallets? This new one does. It's the previous peek wallet that doesn't. Great stuff.

Steve, you mentioned in your video that the instruction was by GK - is that right? I have the previous version, and the instruction was by Magick Balay. Which is all fine, but not as well done as the GK demo with the C2W. Have they updated the materials with the Note? I might ask for access if that's the case.

I personally feel the SUC peek is still cleaner and more streamlined in terms of handling. Same with the Jacks peek (but I feel like the workings is better disguised with the SUC). Reason being that you never have to go back to the wallet to get something out to gain your peek. The wallet never has to be opened again, there's no heat on it since there's never a perceived fiddling with the wallet.

There is a handling where you do a delayed peek, but the main handling you put the card in thew wallet and do not take it out again. SUC is fantastic though for sure.

To be clear, Secret Tannery has released 2 peek wallets. The first was their take on the Jaks wallet. The same as other Jaks but with the premium materials and craftsmanship. THis Peek NOTE wallet is a trifold wallet that has a peek function built it. Two different wallets. The instruction on the first jaks peek wallet had "instructions" by magick balay which were pretty terrible. This second release features Gerard again with performance video and several useful tips. Similar to his teaching on his wonderful Rebel Note wallet for card to envelope.

Just wanted to clarify since there seemed to be a few questions.

I have both Gerard’s peek (JAKS) wallet and the peek note. For peeking I prefer the Jaks but I love the peek note for hiding a crib.

The Peek Note is not an updated version of Gerard's previous peek wallet, it is a different wallet with a different method. The two wallets look similar but don't work in the same way. The new one is not a Jaks wallet.

Doesn't really matter if it's a delayed peek or not. The type of peek the note peek wallet appears to employ is a open wallet peek which personally I don't feel is better than a closed wallet peek which is why I think the SUC is my preferred peek since it's both a closed wallet peek where the wallet also has no perceivable window. I am however contemplating Gerard's Jaks wallet though, I like that one Smile

Just to clarify, through many different wallets, I've never liked ones which you gain the peek as you go to the wallet to remove something. Personally I feel that that is a potential point of attention that I wish to avoid. So this is very much personal preference for me, I know plenty of people that have very successfully used the peek methods that I personally don't like.

With this particular wallet, you do not need to go back to the wallet to remove something. You can if you want to, but it is not necessary. You already have the info Smile

I get what you're saying (I've watched the demo) but it's still a open wallet peek which imo introduces a slight "hiccup" in handling which I feel like the Jaks and SUC peeks do not have due to the way the work. Like I've mentioned earlier, more or less an aesthetic preference for me. The Peek Note reminds me of the Stealth Assassin peek and with that one, I've only ever used that peek as a crib whilst peeks I've always used the SUC peek on it for that purpose.

Are you saying that you think you have to reopen a jaks wallet to get a p**k?!
