For the final riddle, I shall use the bonus riddle from the book (number 102).

"We are up top, down bottom, charming and strange.
To change lead to gold, take us and rearrange."

And to make it extra hard, you have to also explain how your answer fits into the first line.

Quarks (specifically protons). There are a different number of protons in gold and lead, and a proton is a type of quark. The six flavors of quarks are up, down, strange, charm, bottom and top.
