Humbug by Angelo Carbone is a great opener as it is easy to carry with your deck and you end by pulling the entire vanished deck out of your back pocket allowing you to go into the routine of your choice.

I recently saw Marcus Eddy demonstrate his new version of the appearing deck, from an empty box. He said he hand makes every box.
