Shep Hyken has gone from a successful trade show magician to an uber-successful speaker. In this week's podcast, Shep talks about his transition from magic to public speaking. He still considers himself to be a magician and still practices, though his main source of income is in helping companies. He was even elected to be President of the NSA (National Speakers' Association) and continues to be active with the organization. But along the way, his side interests have given him an entree into the back rooms and board rooms and dressing rooms of professional hockey players, rock stars and Playboy bunnies!
