It's been a while since I last shared something.

This is a truly beautiful piece which wonderfully fuses magic, storytelling, and mentalism and guaranteed to be memorable and endearing. Treat it well and it will repay you many times over with good karma in return. And you never know... you may even make the occasional wish actually come true. Smile

I've been working on this tirelessly for several months now and the end result is something very special and beautiful. I'm really very pleased with it and the direction it takes. If you liked A Simple Truth, you're going to love this. Just to be clear though, you aren't going to find a single new method here - not at all. What you will find, however, is a truly magical and heartwarming presentation married to a perfectly matched set of events and principles.

And to the cynics: get over yourselves. You don't know my motivations (nor will you ever understand) despite the fact that you think you know. If you have an issue with that, the problem exists within you and not any imaginary ones that you have prescribed to me.

Look, I know this routine touches hearts. Maybe in some small way it'll help to make the world just a little bit better - I don't know. But you'll never know if you don't try, right? That's why I'm sharing it. This isn't about "tricks". It's about magical thinking and doing something meaningful and uplifting that brightens up another's day and gifting them with a special memento of the occasion that they'll actually keep. If Hoshi's Lucky Star brings a smile to even just one person and puts a little magic in their heart (no matter how short-lived it may be), then I'm happy.

**This will never be made available for sale, though, I may contribute it to a project for someone later on.

If you'd like a copy - there's no strings attached - just PM me with your email addy.

Have a nice day all.

Thank-you Greg.

Slim: I see what you did there. And... you're correct. It is fun, fun, fun. Smile

I've freed up some more space in my box. It'll likely be a bit jammed up over the next few days or so with this share. Just check back every so often and you'll eventually be able to get a request in.

Hi Sudo,
I am a storyteller who teaches 4th grade, or I may be a 4th grade teacher who shares stories. Your box is full, but I'm extremely interested. Is the another site I can order this from?
Thanks,
Lou Heck

Apologies for the delay in getting through the requests, the last two days were spent taking care of some personal things in my life... and even some performing. It felt really good to be back in the saddle again. It was also interesting to note how much I've changed both as a performer - and as an individual, over the last few years and after such a long hiatus from performing. One thing I've seemed to finally learn is that 'less' is definitely 'more'.

I'll be clearing out my PM box today and fulfilling all the requests received so far. A few people have sent multiple requests - in the same day! Please don't. I promise to take care of you, you don't need to do this. It just takes a little time because every pdf I send out has to be rebuilt by hand specifically for that person because of the coding system I'm using so I can discover who is leaking my work that I share here to pirate sites. I've already discovered two people from the Café here who are doing this. It's really disheartening to see when I'm putting so much work into doing this for people for free and makes me feel like abandoning any last bits of faith in humanity I may have.

And I don't want to do that. I've been through that already and seen the kind of destruction it causes in my life.

Thanks Philemon.

@ Lou: Your class will definitely LOVE this. It's one of those rare pieces that plays equally well for folks of all ages. As for the storytelling aspect of it, I think it strikes the right balance between story and effect. There's a fine line between 'too much' story and 'not enough'.

Hang tight and I'll get you looked after, ok?

Sometimes my mind wanders to dark and lonely places, did you know? But not this time. This time, I shall choose to chuckle about the certainty of some things instead of lamenting them and falling into despair...

Yes, that's it. Smile

After I downloaded it and opened it, the first thing I literally said out loud was, "woooowwwwww"

I haven't read it yet... I am talking about the formatting and size. Sudo has formatted it extremely beautifully. It has dozens of Pages. WOW!!!

I want to thank you Sudo for sharing your hard work, creativity and time. I really, really appreciate it.

You are so welcome Shaukat!

This is precisely why I do this; I know that there are people who actually appreciate it and that it will make their day. The only way I could be happier is if you use the magic inside to enrich someone else's life. This is especially so with this piece. You'll understand when you've read it all the way through. It's... real magic.

Mind you, this piece is so "me" that I doubt anyone will perform it "as is".

The amount of work I poured into this pdf was absolutely insane - even by my own standards. I wanted the thing to appear as magical as the effect contained inside. I'm pleased you noticed it immediately. 48 pages for a single effect, is, well...

I dunno. Smile

Crazy?

Hi Sudo,
I have sent you a pm but it still reads „unread“ in my sent folder.
Have you seen it? It is ok if you choose to ignore me, but I would like to know if there is a technical problem.
Thanks
Stefan

As I mentioned already...

I have to set up each file from scratch for each individual. It takes approx. 20 mins per each - from start to finish, until it's in your email.

Now times that by the 60 slots in a PM box... and you'll only be getting a rough glimpse at how long this takes.

It amazes me how impatient some people are. If I was in Sudo's position, I would've stopped sharing a long time ago... but he is a much more giving and forgiving man than I.
