Greetings,
I'm interested in purchasing a walking liberty expanded [.

Wondering what best bang for buck is these days.

Best price I saw was here:

https://www.johnsonmagicproducts.com/sho......s_id=123

Next up is Tango

http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/S13071

With shipping they're about the same price.

Anybody have any experience with either of these? Any others that are worth checking out?

Thanks

Johnsons are usually the better quality out of the two but if you can afford it I would go with Lassen, I have a Lassen Walking Liberty set and it is superb.

Best one I found. Got mine in Tails, have used it for years now with no problem fitting any walker half I have put it on.

Thanks for the tip. Also right in the same ballpark, price wise.

Johnson or jb magic. I avoid most tango shells like the plague. They have definitely gotten better throughout the years but the coverage at times is comparable to old sasco (not good haha). If you can afford it, grab yourself an oxf set from Jamie (gravity flip + shimmed ex. Shell that is tefloned).

Check with Lassen, he is selling discounted silver shells these days.

He had walker and kennedy expanded shells on his blog, that included one insert coin for like $75 a while back.

He was also looking for magic shops to buy them in bulk.

For the record, I ended up getting the Mark Mason one.

It's excellent!
