Does anyone know if the explanation for Dean Dill's "Dean's Box" has been published in any book or magazine? Looking to cite it for a bibliography in a Box Magic research project I'm doing. I found a reference (link below) to Stewart James' Double Ring ceremony which was a forerunner to Dean's Box but curious if there's a direct book or article citation anyone knows of.

I know the box isn't the gimmick and the rope trick is actually "Loops Entwined" by Jack Avis and also cited as inspired by “Linked” byPaul Curry but looking for anything with Dean's Box in particular.

You have to be an owner of the Dean Box, then you receive the instructions. Already your conclusions seem to be not factual. The Dean Box came with a routine. Then many others have added bits and pieces from other source material. That does not make it part of the original offering.

All this goes farther back then Jack Avis and Paul Curry.

Your 1st task is to get to a huge library like the Magic Circle in London, or The Magic Castle in Los Angeles, California.

Good luck in your endeavor.
