Hello
Anyone has Automatic Dove Bag by Daniel Ka that can review it or tell me more about it since I cant find anything not even a photo of it. I've been using the gen grant bags for 20 years and I would like to know if its worth the change. Thanks Alex

Here's a brief review from you tube. Personally I've used nothing but Gen's bags for my entire career. They are one hand opening. This new bag is $49.95 plush shipping from all the dealers and I think that's a little expensive.

You said you couldn't find anything about it and that was the only info I could find about it. All of the dealer description don't say much either. I don't know anyone who has used this bag so I guess we'll both be on the look out for information.

I used the very basic "Torino" bag for years, and liked it very much.

That review is not very good for this product. It only comes in white, so if you use different color silks, you would have to dye the bag, or cover the bag by sewing a silk to the outside of it.
I have purchased many different types of dove bags when I was performing with doves. The best one hand version is by far the Shamada dove bag. One flick and the dove pops up. I liked it so much I converted my Abbott's Neil Foster dove bag, and Fantasio's dove bag to this method. General grants was okay, but not as instant as the Shamada version. The best Dove Pocket is the Johnny Brown version, can hold up to 3 doves. Similar a little to General Grants, but much larger and better in operation. |

Everyone has their favorite dove bag. I am partial to Gen Grant's and never had a problem with one hand operation. A simple squeeze and the bag is open. It's also adjustable to fit whatever size dove you are using. I found Shimada's bags to be small. This topic is about Danial Ka's bag however and has been said, there are no reviews other than youtube ad I posted above. It is unfortunate that it only comes in white. Part of the allure of producing a dove is the contrast between the white dove and the colored silk.
