Already have ideas of routines to go into this. Not to mention, knowing Dave and yourself and others... the teaching and ideas will be top notch. Really looking forward to this one for sure. Sorry I missed the 2-hour sellout!!! Keep up the great work! We truly appreciate it!!! Mike |

I have tap it by Roger Lovins from maybe 12 years ago with a sharpie pen gimmick and also another version with a different pen utilising a lethal tender gimmick scenario .
It’s a great underused effect imo , I am glad it’s getting recognition again . Certainly an oldie but a goodie as Joel quite rightly mentions . Love Daves handling I must say Gaz 🙂 |

Received this today, the version I had about 15/20 years ago here in the UK was called Penny Change. Penny to 5p. Bought from International Magic. This has so much more added. Great set of Coins, well done Dave and Alakazam.

This looks awesome! I'm a huge David Loosley fan boy. His work is so commercial and good. Hopefully this will be stocked by dealers on this side of the pond.

Ordered from Alakazam immediately upon receiving the original email as I have a weakness for this type of effect.
Very nicely routined by Dave Loosley. I subsequently spent about as much as this prop cost converting my Lassen Sun/Moon gaff so I could perform Dave's routine with a Morgan Dollar, which I much prefer. I had been doing something similar but I like Dave's routine much better. I lead into this with my usual Samoya routine which takes place in my hands and then say I will do the same thing in their hands. This makes for a very nice full-bodied routine which begins and ends clean and I like it a lot. The only thing I don't really care for as much with Dave's is the use of the Sharpie. For my situation (which is casual/impromptu) that is just one more prop to carry that I may not need for anything else I plan on doing that day. For pro workers this is obviously not an issue. So I gaffed the small case I carry the coins in which makes it appear very organic and I would be carrying that anyway. I use it as a makeshift magic wand and it all makes perfect sense to the spectator. The case also helps in the clean-up because of course I am going to bring the case out of my pocket at the end to return the coins to. Kudos for Dave and Alakazam for putting out this very nicely made set along with a real "workers" routine. Even though I won't be using their set as often it was still my inspiration for modifying some coins I already owned. |

So....
I received the email today saying it’s back in stock. Click the link. It’s sold out!!! Curious if it truly was in stock for less than 8 hours? Ughhhhhhhhh I’m not mad. Just disappointed that I keep missing it. Wish I could pre-order it. |

This is actually a good thing,,, since it is obviously a great effect and we all love Dave and the team there. I think it is doing so well, due to the simple, yet very effective nature of the trick. I need to write a script that will auto-order for me when the e-mail comes in!! Thanks again, and congrats on this one for sure! Mike |

This is a terrific routine, and the props are very well made. All three coins that you receive have had quality work done on them. The key gaff set looks completely innocent front and back. Loosely's routine is very clever. The sleight of hand vanish that he starts with is highly visual, and an extremely deceptive variation of a vanish that has been demonstrated many different ways, but never better than this, IMO. Whereas the technical moves are relatively easy, there are a lot of subtleties to David's performance that I only noticed upon rewatching and taking notes. Reset isn't instant, but can be done in seconds, with the work hidden in your hands. For what you get, it's a very fair price and something most folks are likely to use if they like the trailer.
Now appearing nightly in my basement.
