Now it will be a race to see who reads this clue first, and who responds fastest.

16. Because I was short, it presented a real problem in fitting me to a horse. A unique solution was found.

17. My sitcom was one of the earliest to use the format of, "The main character has a secret that the rest of the world dare not find out." Hiding the secret becomes the main focus of the show.

After clue 16 I was going to say Mickey Rooney (though I don't know that he was ever in television).

Now I simply have to recall who played the rôle of which I'm thinking.

Is it sufficient to give the character's name?

Sure, I will accept the character name. I am a nice guy.

Not Ray Walson...

FOr what it is worth, I am now out of clues. Oh, I could throw in a couple of meaningless clues I suppose, but if no one guesses it by tomorrow, I will reveal it and someone else can take the next one.

Another person whose name I was not familiar with. Had to google him after the reveal. Although admittedly, I have seen some Mr. Ed reruns.

Well, at least I do have a good excuse, having grown up a different country without TV.

That's right!

I really should have remembered his name: I have a good friend named Alan Young.

It was the bit about the horse and keeping the secret that did it; I wasn't aware of him having his own show earlier. Of course, I didn't exist then.

1. I was born in Lima. Ohio, not Peru.

2. I was married and divorced twice.

3. Arthur's probably heard of me.
