Yes, it's Derren. He studied Law and German at University and his latest stage show is called Secret.
He was interviewed early in his career as a mentalist by skeptical scientists, because he used to proclaim that he used NLP as a method. And of course as a Brit, he sees in colour, not in color, as the poor colonies do.

Sidney who? Just kidding, Landmark. Of course, it's Sidney Poitier. You're too good at this!
My remaining clues would have been: 8. In the ‘50s I got into the movies and worked alongside the likes of Richard Widmark and Tony Curtis. 9. I was nominated several times and eventually won an Academy Award. 10. In the 1970s I co-starred in movies with Michael Caine, Bill Cosby, Richard Prior and Gene Wilder. 11. I was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, and received the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom. 12. I was the first black actor to receive an Oscar. |
