That last clue was a definite clincher, but the clue before left me in a toss-up between Sally and Buzz. While I've never met either one of them, neither of them is supposed to be very nice. I still hope to meet Buzz one day as he is an honorary member of the Magic Castle.
1. I was born in the state of Georgia in 1928. 2. I am not known for singing, but I started my career in my younger days singing at my father's church. 3. In high school I continued to sing, even getting some paid gigs, I also played and did well in Football and Baseball.

5. In 1943, during WWII, I served my country by enlisting in the U.S. Army Air Corps. (Now called the Air Force) I mostly did theatrical work.

6. After the war, I returned to acting. I was in an impressive number of movies and TV shows. I was usually in westerns and usually played a villain.
