Nice song Arthur.
I saw them live in 1983 with much of the original lineup. No Jorma or Jack, but it was the top three. They didn't do much in terms of putting on a show, they just stood there and played, but it was a great show. Oddly the opening act was a recently un-doobie brothered Michael McDonald. One guy playing one piano somehow put on a better show and really knew how to work an audience.

Thanks, Cliff. It’s quite a story of how it got recorded. Starship had already completed all the tracks for their upcoming album, and were in the mixing stages, when my co-writer and I managed to get our song to Grace Slick. Apparently she was so taken with it that she removed one of her own compositions from the album, and insisted that the band go back into the studio to record ours!

Actually, it was a little *too* easy for me.

Crowley had already been used in this game previously -- by me!

;-)

(On page 202 of this thread is a helpful list naming everyone already used as a "mystery guest" previously -- or at least up to page 202. Then there's a brief additional update on page 213.)

I was born to a secular Jewish family in Germany in 1879.

I died in New Jersey of a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm in 1955.

During my autopsy the hospital pathologist removed my brain for preservation, without my family's permission, hoping that by studying it future neuroscience would be able to discover what made me so famously intelligent.
