I am so enjoying the direction of the show now. Upbeat. Energetic. Not wasting our time with bad releases. Good for me. Bad for my wallet.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

@13 minutes Shaun is doing a card trick.

Deck is shuffled then some face up face down playing around.

Then the cards are in new deck order.

Pretty amazing. For me anyway.

Not concerned about the app.

Is there a name for that routine?

Check out Royal Road to Card Magic book, but it does not end in new deck order, that is something Sean added.

Try to start with a deck in order, then riffle shuffle once and, while looking at the faces, do the "slop shuffle" changing backs/fronts when you notice the order change of the riffle shuffle... you'll end in order again.

The description is on Henry Evans, Something more #1 DVD download at Alakazam, around £30 I think.

This sure sound like it:

Perfect Triumph - Another magician fooler!
The performer then mixes up a deck, first shuffled
by a spectator, into a face-up/face-down condition.
The cards are magically righted and then shown to be
in perfect, factory order!

Neznarf, if you watch the above show, Sean does say Henry Evans is his favorite magician. So it makes sense he would perform his effects.

Anyway, I have learned this routine. It's not a knuckle buster and I think this is "A" Material with a GREAT ending.

and will use it during my strolling / Close-up gigs.
