Be aware Conjuror Community is releasing a new effect.
I ordered Nirvanna and never heard from them after trying six times to contact them.
I just wanted to pass this on so nobody else finds themselves in this position.

I have never had an issue where I did not get my product. Did you email someone or use the "contact" pop up on the site that gets answered within 24 hrs (that is what it reads anyway). It can be found here (if that is not what you used) https://conjuror-community.groovehq.com/......f9cec233 at bottom right there will be a light blue banner that says "Click here for help" When you do there will be 2 options up top "Knowledge Base" (will be default) click upper right "Contact" to go to fill out the form or click "send us an email" (bottom option of knowledge base) and it goes to the same form.

Aaron Fisher and his team are 100% above board. I'm sure they will figure out what went wrong with the order / or communication. I only had 1 problem over the years. I asked a very specific question about a product that they had to physically check it to answer and didn't get a reply for a while. It turned out I asked at the beginning of the magic camp / convention they hold every year and everyone was there. I got my answer a few days later with an apology. I ordered the product and got it in a timely manner.

Hey Deliveryboy, can you let me know any information about your order and I will personally see what happened and make it right with you. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to look up anything under deliveryboy. But I promise we will make everything right with you. We always do.

Not saying you didn't have issues contacting them,
However,
They are nothing but awesome to me and many others. I find this VERY surprising indeed. Something isn't right.

They're very active on e-mail and Facebook, etc.

Seeing that Adam is here, I am sure it is all worked out.

CC is top notch customer-first attitude and they have a true passion for magic.

I’d have to agree. Their store is new so maybe a glitch but they seem like a very honorable bunch of guys.

(I have Pm'd you twice Deliveryboy btw... waiting on you to give me any shred of info about who you are so I can find any of your communications about said issue.)

Guys and girl.... as a Co-Founder of Conjuror Community, I will put our support team up against ANYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD! We have knowledgable agents standing by at all times. We actually pay them, too. If they don't behave, we beat them.

Nirvana was a HUGE success (Please imagine Trumps voice when saying that) ... HUGE success... selling thousand plus units in the first few days. Even though we got slammed with more orders than we were expecting, we brought on extra support staff to help with every aspect of customer service.

To me it is very simple... if we have GREAT GREAT customer service, people will want to do biz with us. (I learned that in the "How to start a magic business in 10 easy steps" Video from youtube.... which is where I got my smarts. So take that!)

So I have a challenge for all of you. I want all 14 thousand Café Members to come to our store, located at https://store.conjuror.community/ , and buy something. Then, we will fill all the orders and treat you all like you are freakin KINGS (pegasus you will like that) and we will kiss your butts and make you feel awesome. Then, come back on here and tell everyone how your experience was.

OK... go!

Hi Adam,

With all due respect to your claims of excellent customer service, I support the topic of the post as I have made a purchase of the Nirvanna product and have not received this product, hence can empathise with Deliveryboys concerns.

I have made 4 attempts now via the suggested contact details on the Conjuror Community website to enquire as to the where about's of my ordered, which mind you I have lawfully paid for in full, however the so suggested worlds best support team are yet to respond to any of my calls for assistance.

I'm not overly concern about your claims to smarts and "biz" sense gained from watching youtube...... I simply want the product I paid for and if that is not possible, I want a refund of the monies I trustworthy departed with.

I have personally emailed your contact details found on your profile here with the subject Invoice 006581259. This is also the reference used in my online support enquires via the Conjuror Community website.

It would be gratefully appreciated if you could respond at your earliest convenience via the email address used in this external correspondence.

Apologies in advance to utilise a public forum to make contact, however it appears at this point of time a public forum is the medium that attracts a response.

Thanks in advance,

Chris, Australia

I was out of town for three days and didn't check the Café.
I did receive the message from Adam and have received my order.
I don't know what the problem was but it has been resolved.
thanks

The problem was poor customer service. However, glad you’re now sorted.

I wonder if it was a classic case of not having the item In stock but happy to take your money regardless.

Just to let the wider audience know Conjuror did make contact via the contact provided on the Magic Café forum and have since provided shipping details.

So... what to make of this? Do they start behaving like they should only now there is public pressure? Or were these two cases of miscommunication? What would you two say about that in hindsight? I think that’s important to share, now that you got the Café involved.
Please check regularly if you are becoming the type of magician Jerry Seinfeld jokes about. (This applies to mentalists as well.)

I'm not the type to get on here and start bashing someone.
however I will provide information on what happened so they can look into it and correct the problem.
I used their information on how to contact them from the confirmation page they emailed me.
I tried three or four time with no response. Only until I posted on the Café did I get a response.
so in the end I did receive the order but I hope they fix whatever problem they had.
I'm sure they have good intentions and would like to order from them again.

My experience with Conjuror Community: They hosted an outstanding Gregory Wilson virtual lecture on March 25. I enjoyed it immensely and am appreciative. During the lecture they offered a very nice package deal on Gregory Wilson effects and DVDs. I (and, apparently, many others) jumped on the deal.

That was 2 weeks ago. Since then I've receive nearly daily emails from Conjuror Community trying to get me to sign up for their "club". Sometimes 2-3 emails in a a single day.

Today I got an email from Aaron Fisher cancelling my order for the Gregory Wilson lecture package deal. They say they can't source all of the items due to the coronavirus situation. Fair enough.

But how about offering those that ordered a new lower price on the items that they CAN source? Or, how about making sure they can get enough items to fill orders BEFORE they make the offer?

Not impressed with Conjuror Community but Gregory Wilson sure does a nice lecture.

Mark, these are unusual times. The lecture was free. Let's cut small businesses some slack, yes?

YAY!!!! I'm sooo glad this post is back open. I literally search the google machine every day looking for someone who mentions my name and cares about me. (I know Pegasus can relate)

My psychiatrist uses terms to describe me... words like "narcissistic" and "personality disorder" but I disagree. I just really like to see more "me" ... everywhere.

Hi Magic Mark, you look like a cool guy, and I bet we could be good friends. Maybe hang out and do some magic? Then we could do a sleepover or something. Nothing too fancy... I just really need friends. I may want to borrow some money at some point... just saying.

So check it out....

We did something which was a FIRST in magic. While everyone was quarantines at home, we (CONJUROR.COMMUNITY) hosted the world's largest online magic lecture that has ever happened! EVER!!!! Over 3000 registered for our lecture featuring Gregory Wilson. And this is the best part.... we made it FREE for the world to attend. No charge. No money. No dinero. We (Aaron and I) had to pay an extra $900 to upgrade our Zoom plan just to host all the people that attended. (Of course I borrowed that money from my grandma and I never pay her back- she is such a sucker for me - so that part doesn't matter) but I'm getting to my point.

First, I want to talk a little bit more about how cool I am. So, I am pretty cool... and when we hang out, Magic Mark, I will revel you with stories about my coolness. I'm hoping you will be moved by my stories to update my wikipidia page with some new stuff. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Grace (I also check my wiki page daily for updates but that thing is really slow. I'm thinking of calling the people at wiki to see if they can send a film crew over to my house or at least get more stuff on there about me). Shoot... I digressed again.

Okay, I'm back on track... so here's what happened:
We offered that magic lecture for free to the world and we agreed to set up a page so Greg could sell HIS lecture package.
So check it out... Greg Wilson had the packages, not us. Greg decided how many packages he would fulfill, not us.

So when you say "But how about offering those that ordered a new lower price on the items that they CAN source? Or, how about making sure they can get enough items to fill orders BEFORE they make the offer?"... You should really be asking Greg those questions. We had no control over any of that... it was Greg's decision. It was his lecture and HIS lecture package.

Now it's true, we did send the email telling you that you had been completely refunded all your money. But jeez... I think that was actually pretty nice of us.

If you had been my grandmother, I would have sent an email saying "Dear Mark, I am unable to give you your money back right now because I don't have it. Sorry Mark, please add it to the total I owe you and one day when I have my own reality show, I will pay you back."

But all the business books I have that I haven't read yet tell me that refunding people's money promptly is the moral and legal thing to do.

Now, I bet you are bummed you didn't get Greg's deal because it was an awesome deal. Just so you know, I wanted one too... and I didn't get one either.

So when you say you are not impressed with Conjuror Community I think you have it all wrong.

We did good things just trying to give people an outlet while they were stuck at home and giving Greg an outlet to sell his packages and for Greg to make a little money during a time when NO ONE is making any money.

Personally, I think your issue is with Greg Wilson. Maybe you should email HIM and ask if he can somehow sell you a package or work out some deal for you?

But in his defense, there was a pandemic happening, and I guess he thought he would be able to get more of his products, but apparently the pandemic has an effect on this.

But it's still worth a try. I mean... you do have all your money back so you have nothing to lose.

Okay I have to go now, but If we could keep this thread going I would appreciate it. I actually NEED IT.

One more thing Mark.... and I am serious about this... we are actually very sorry about what happened. Officially I would like to apologize to you and anyone else who didn't get what they wanted. We try real hard to make everyone very happy and sometimes we fail. If you want to chat sometimes, PM me your phone number. I like you.

Oh, one more thing,: Maybe we could change the Subject of this thread from "Conjuror Community Warning" to "Conjuror Community Awesome"? Who would I ask about that?

Thank you for responding, Adam. I took your suggestion and emailed Gregory Wilson to ask if a partial package deal might be available.

I remain grateful for the outstanding lecture that Gregory gave us and grateful to CC for hosting it and making it happen.

I must be nuts because I actually really like Conjuring Community. I have taken advantage of their hugely discounted monthly trial a couple times and there is a lot that even a seasoned performer can learn from them. There is a lot of good information on beefing up your online presence using Google analytics, Facebook and other social networks. They teach you how to work the "business end" of your business and some tax info (IIRC). There are a lot of teaching video's of many plots in magic and they are taught very well. Some are available for sale and most are "members only access" and I have bought a few that they offer. They also have events where members who have been working on effects and performance issues can get online, perform for the community and get constructive feedback. The "Lectures" (to me) are just a bonus compared to all the other content (and there have been many very good lectures).

I have also bought a couple items from their "newer" online shop as well as Items they offer to email subscribers from time to time and have always got my products in a timely manner (with one exception but a simple email solved it).
